Overwatch 2 players have been enjoying Season 3 for about a month now, but it looks like even more excitement is on the horizon. Blizzard Entertainment has announced a collaboration between Overwatch 2 and the popular anime and manga series One-Punch Man. The collaboration event will run from March 7th to April 6th and will feature new skins and other content inspired by the world of One-Punch Man. The YouTube player is already available and embedded at the top of this article.

The highlight of the collaboration will be the new skins for Doomfist and Soldier 76. Doomfist will be receiving a Saitama skin, while Soldier 76 will get a Mumen Rider skin. The Mumen Rider skin will be free to earn, while the Saitama skin will likely be exclusive to the in-game store and only purchasable with Overwatch Coins. Other skins and content have yet to be confirmed.

To showcase the new content, Blizzard Entertainment will be releasing a new trailer for the collaboration on March 7th at 11 AM PT. Fans eagerly anticipate the trailer, hoping to get a glimpse of the new skins and other content available during the event.

In addition to the collaboration, a mid-season balance patch is also due to arrive, which could coincide with the start of the event. No details have been revealed about the patch, but players are speculating about possible changes to heroes like Wrecking Ball, Mercy, and Ramattra.

Overall, the Overwatch 2 x One-Punch Man collaboration event is shaping up to be a significant event for fans of both franchises. With new skins, content, and possibly even balance changes, players will have plenty of reasons to keep playing Overwatch 2 in the coming weeks.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
