Pokemon Go and Niantic Slowly Killed Local Communities, A Petition to Stop the Change

Trainers,

Dear players, Pokemon Go and Niantic are currently facing a lot of pressure from the Pokemon Go community, all because of their bad decision-making.

Niantic and Pokemon Go have made the decision, without any consultation with the Pokemon Go community, to make changes to Remote Raids. After their announcement, the Pokemon Go community immediately reacted and showed their displeasure.

This is a serious problem that they must solve. It’s not the first time the Pokemon Go community has faced this problem, and if you remember, they did the same thing to us when they reduced the PokeStop distance. They decided to reduce the interaction radius from 80m to 40m. Then the Pokemon Go community decided to stand behind their demands and had a petition, which reached almost 200,000 supporters. This petition has proven successful.

Niantic and Pokemon Go are increasing the Remote Raid Pass prices, and as the title says, they are slowly killing the local communities. These Remote Raids created a lot of local communities and connected a lot of people from all over the world, players had a lot of fun and made new Friends. This shows that they don’t care about the community and these changes are slap in the face.

Here is a petition to help convince Niantic stop the change (not that they’ll listen to their players)

A new petition to stop Remote Raids changes is currently available to sign, so let’s get as many players as we can to sign the petition.
