Pokemon Go players who didn’t receive the Elite Timed Research after completing an Elite Raid are getting free items, Premium Battle Passes and Lucky Egg, as compensation. The email reads:
“Hello Trainer,
This is an automated message.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are very sorry to hear that you did not receive the Timed Research after completing an Elite Raid. We have shared your experience with our developer team for future improvements.
As a courtesy, we have added 2 Premium Battle Passes and 1 Lucky Egg to your Item Bag.
