Niantic and Pokemon Go announced a new Elite Raid Day featuring Regidrago on March 12, 2023. They announced the new Elite Raid Boss but forgot the most important thing – to make sure the game is stable so everyone can enjoy the Elite Raids and defeat the Legendary Pokemon Regidrago.
Niantic and Pokemon Go resolved the issue and added an extra day of Elite Raids on March 12, 2023.
We have resolved an issue preventing Trainers from joining Elite Raids. By way of apology, we have added an additional day of Elite Raids on March 12 local time for Trainers in the GMT +13 timezone. Thanks for your understanding.

Now, according to NZ Pokemon Go players, the makeup Regidrago Elite Raid Day is broken too, and the game crashes every 30mins. The players say that they (Niantic and Pokemon Go) did not fix the issue, and Regidrago Elite Raids are still broken.
The Regidrago Elite Raid glitch needs to be fixed ASAP.
