Spotlight Hour is among the most loved events in Pokemon Go, and that love emerges right before any Spotlight Hour event starts.
Each month has a few Spotlight Hour events, and these events feature many different Pokemon, with different bonuses and perks for Trainers. Each Tuesday of the month hosts a Spotlight Pokemon, numerous rewards and everything else for one hour, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.
We are nearing the last Tuesday of March 2023, and the Pokemon that will be closing the March 2023 Spotlight Hour schedule is the Pokemon named Popplio. Now, this Pokemon does not have its Shiny form available, which is one con, and possibly the only one.
The bonuses that will be active during the Spotlight Hour event on March 28th, 2023, will be:
- 2x XP for catching Pokemon
- Extra Candy, extra XP and an increased chance of receiving Candy XL if the Pokemon that you have caught shares a type with your Mega Evolved Pokemon
Be sure to use every item that boosts or doubles your amount of Candy, Stardust and XP to maximize the “damage”.
