The Elder Scrolls Online March 28 Patch Notes

Bethesda rolls out a hotfix to address technical issues and improve account security.

Bethesda has released a new update for The Elder Scrolls Online for PlayStation and Xbox platforms, bringing a few important fixes to the popular online game. The March 28 patch notes detail a hotfix that aims to improve the technical experience and enhance account security for players.

The main highlight of the update is the implementation of a three-minute timer between console North American (NA) and European (EU) megaserver logins, for each platform. This means that if a player logs into Xbox NA and then wishes to switch to Xbox EU, they must wait three minutes from the moment they log out of the first server. TES Online March 28 Patch Notes

Hi everyone, today we performed a hotfix that will add a three-minute timer* between console NA and EU megaserver logins, per platform. For example, if you log into Xbox NA and then want to log out and go to Xbox EU, there will be a three-minute wait between those log in attempts starting from the moment you first log out. This hotfix is to ensure a better technical experience and provide additional security for accounts switching between different megaservers.

The hotfix is now complete as it took place during scheduled maintenance. If you run into issues, please restart your game or submit a customer service ticket. Thanks everyone.

*The timer between megaserver logins is also subject to change in the future.
