Xbox Series X Diablo 4 Edition Leaks Ahead of Official Announcement

A special edition Xbox Series X Diablo 4 console has allegedly leaked before an official announcement, fueling anticipation among gaming enthusiasts. According to reputable leaker billbil-kun, the limited edition console is set to launch alongside Blizzard’s highly anticipated game, Diablo 4, on June 6, 2023.

The rumored price for the special edition console is $559.99, a $60 increase from the standard Xbox Series X price. This suggests that the console might include a copy of Diablo 4, although the dataminer’s findings do not explicitly confirm that it is a bundle.

Diablo 4, which will be released for Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PC on June 6, features cross-play and cross-progression across all platforms, as well as couch co-op on consoles. However, the game will not be playable offline.

Rod Fergusson, the Diablo franchise boss, recently stated that Diablo 4 is not planned for Xbox Game Pass, despite the impending acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft. This comes as a surprise to some, given the close relationship between the two companies.
