Fortnite Twitter Notification

Epic Games teased the new content on Twitter, saying, “Prepare your ODM Gear and propel yourself into 24.20 with downtime beginning at 3 AM ET and matchmaking disabled shortly beforehand. Please note that patch sizes for v24.20 will be larger than normal.

Attack on Titan Collab

Attack on Titan fans can look forward to the addition of the ODM Gear, allowing players to navigate the island swiftly. Moreover, the update will introduce Mikasa and Levi skins and the Eren Jaeger Battle Pass skin, which will be unlockable post-update.

Eren Jaeger’s skin can be earned through challenges for players with the Chapter 4 Season 2 Battle Pass, while Mikasa and Levi Ackerman’s skins will be available for purchase in the Item Shop, likely costing around 1,500 V-Bucks each. Additionally, leaks from Shiina and HYPEX suggest that Attack on Titan-themed Mythic items will make their way into the game. Although details are scarce, fans speculate that the Omni-directional Mobility Gear used by The Scouts could be added, allowing players to traverse the island quickly.

Besides the Attack on Titan content, the update is expected to bring new items, skins, and emotes, which will be available for purchase in the item shop in the coming weeks. Epic Games will also introduce new challenges and possibly alter parts of the map, potentially adding new Points of Interest (POI).

Rumors

Rumors are swirling about the possible addition of the Smart Pistol to the servers ahead of its release next week. Players can also anticipate the unvaulting of the Submachine Gun, the introduction of new Augments, and the vaulting of an existing item.
