Lina Khan Questioned Why FTC Sided with Sony and Against Microsoft and Activison’s Deal
Lina Khan, FTC chairwoman, was asked today why the FTC stands with Sony and is against Microsoft and Activision’s deal. The response? Well, it’s not going to make a lot of people happy.
A Tennessee Representative directly asked Lina Khan why the FTC sided with global market leader Sony and tried to block Xbox and Activision’s deal. “Sony has been the most vocal opponent of that deal, and the FTC has sided with Sony. Can you explain why?”
The answer? Well, we’ll let you be the judge of that.
