Trainers, the Togetic Community Day has started and finished in some parts of the world. Niantic and Pokemon Go forgot to change/increase the catch rate.
Niantic and Pokemon Go launched the April 2023 Community Day featuring Togetic and they forgot to increase Togetic’s catch rate. At the begging of the event Togetic catch rate was 20%. Niantic and Pokemon Go noticed the mistake, and increased Togetic’s spawn rate to 40%.

The Pokemon Go April 2023 Community Day starts on April 15, 2023, from 2-5 PM local time. During this period players will see more Togetic in the wild, encounter shiny Togetic, learn a new move, complete the Timed Research, and the Special Research, and earn cool rewards.
