
Xbox has disabled the ability to share game uploads to Twitter directly from Xbox.
Xbox announced that they had to disable the share feature. This comes after Microsoft refused to pay Twitter’s API. Microsoft will remove Twitter from its advertising platform. Microsoft confirmed that Smart Campaigns with Multi-platform will no longer support Twitter, and starting from April 25, 2023, you will no longer be able to access your Twitter account through their social management tool, create and manage drafts, or Tweets, view past Tweets, and engagement, and schedule Tweets.
They did confirm that Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, will continue to be available.
Starting on April 25, 2023, Smart Campaigns with Multi-platform will no longer support Twitter.
As of April 25, 2023, you’ll be unable to:
Access your Twitter account through our social management tool
Create and manage drafts or Tweets
View past Tweets and engagement
Schedule Tweets
Other social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn will continue to be available.
We have had to disable the ability to share game uploads to Twitter directly from the console and Game Bar on Windows. You can still share your favorite moments to Twitter via the Xbox app for Android and iOS.

I’m not sure if this is a temporary or a permanent change. I guess we have to wait and see.
