Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Coming to PC in July

Insomniac's acclaimed PS5 game making its way to PC this summer.

Ratchet & Clank fans will have something to talk about over the coming month. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, is coming to PC on July 26, 2023. This news first came from a reliable leaker, billbil_kun, with a strong track record regarding product leaks.

Originally released as a PlayStation 5 exclusive in June 2021, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart received critical acclaim for its stunning visuals, engaging gameplay, and charming characters. The game takes players on an interdimensional adventure as they control Ratchet and his trusty robot companion, Clank, in their quest to save the multiverse.

The announcement of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart’s PC release will surely excite fans who may not have had the opportunity to experience the game on the PS5. The PC version is expected to offer enhanced graphics and performance, taking advantage of the hardware capabilities of gaming PCs.

According to the leaker, preorder details are set to go live soon, allowing eager players to secure their game copy. Watch for official announcements from Sony Interactive Entertainment regarding preorders and any potential bonus content exclusive to the PC version.

The PC version of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart features ray-traced reflections with a variety of quality levels to choose from and newly added ray-traced shadows for natural light in outdoor areas. This enables realistic shadows with natural gradients in softness*.

The game supports unlocked framerates and includes the latest performance enhancing upscaling technologies. You’ll be able to choose from NVIDIA DLSS 3, AMD FSR 2, Intel XeSS and Insomniac Games’ Temporal Injection. NVIDIA Reflex and image quality enhancing NVIDIA DLAA are also supported.
