Pokemon Go Carbink and Regirock Research Issues, Trainers Didn’t Get the Timed Research Despite Meeting the Criteria

Trainers, it looks like some players didn’t get the Carbink and the Regirock Research, and that’s not cool at all.

Niantic and Pokemon Go offer two Research storylines, Carbink and Regirock Research. Now, players report they didn’t receive the Research, despite meeting the criteria.

Niantic and Pokemon Go know about this issue. They say they are working to fix the issue, so hopefully players will get their Timed Research.

Note: Players may not get the latest Team Go Rocket Special Research if they have one active already.

Hi Joshua! We've investigating similar reports where Trainers didn't get the Timed Research despite meeting the criteria. Secondly, you may not get the latest Team GO Rocket Special Research if you have one active already. To look into it, we've requested some info via DM. ^GA
