Pokemon Go Leader Sierra June 2023, Shadow Pokemon Lineup and Counters

The dark forces are here, and by dark forces, we mean Team Go Rocket. They are hiding in the shadows, waiting to cause havoc in Pokemon Go.
As you all know, Team Go Rocket are the ones that capture Pokemon, possibly torture them and turn them to the shadow side, making them become Shadow Pokemon. These Shadow Pokemon are evil, with power bigger than their non-corrupted Pokemon, making them more difficult to defeat. There are three Team Go Rocket Leaders, Sierra, Arlo, and Cliff, and each uses a different Shadow Pokemon lineup.
The hardest to beat out of the Team Go Rocket Leaders is Sierra. This Leader is immensely powerful, and every time she visits Pokemon Go, she brings Shadow Pokemon so powerful that you need to battle with her several times to get close to a victory. But she is not as powerful as Giovanni though.
Sierra’s Shadow Pokemon are always changing when she comes in Pokemon Go, but do not worry, we are here to help you with that.
For that matter, here is Sierra’s Shadow Pokemon lineup that she will be using during the Team Go Take Over event, including the best encounters for each Shadow Pokemon.
