Pokemon Go Nerfs Charged TMs, Potions, and Revives Drop Rates, A New Way to Force Players to Use the New Web Store

While some things get removed from Pokemon Go, other items are being nerfed. Among those items are Charged TMs, Potions, and Revives.
We bet that you didn’t even notice this, but some players did. Many Trainers noticed that after the shiny rate was fixed, somehow that “bug” jumped onto the rates for Charged TMs, Potions, and Revives. Charged TMs are nowhere to be seen, as well as Revives that are missing since Shadow Mewtwo. What is happening here?
Many players have noticed that Niantic and Pokemon Go nerf certain items just before a big event that requires those said items, thus causing Trainers to go and buy useless bundles from the newly promoted Pokemon Go Web Store. To be honest, a clever way to make your players use a service of yours.
Nonetheless, Trainers are running out of items at the speed of light, and we hope that Niantic will give a solid explanation of what is happening.
What are your thoughts about this? Do you agree with this theory?
