Pokemon Go PokeStop Showcases Here is What We Know About This Feature So Far

Something new is going to happen in Pokemon Go, and that is the newest feature PokeStop Showcase.

Currently available in New Zealand in beta testing, PokeStop Showcase is a feature where Trainers can showcase their Pokemon and enter a contest at certain PokeStops. The first-ever contest is about who has the biggest Fomantis.

The whole process of entering the contest seems to be quite easy, where the game itself selects the best candidate. However, if you do not want to enter with the selected Pokemon, you can choose a different one.

If you happen to catch a Pokemon that is eligible for the contest, there is a button for an automatic entry, and if you happen to win, the rewards seem to be quite solid. The rewards that are currently confirmed are XP, Great Ball, Stardust, Super Incubator, and more.

This feature was first introduced to Trainers from New Zealand at the Summer Game Fest event that happened from June 9th, 2023, to June 10th, 2023.

Keep in mind this is in beta testing, so the result might be different from the one we are seeing right now.
