Turtonator can be encountered only in Tier 3 Raids, and as a Field Research encounter. Yes, that’s right, you must Win 3 Raids to encounter Turtonator. Shiny Turtonator? Well, I think we should forget about getting Shiny Turtonator.

Win 3 Raids for Turtonator and/or Shiny Turtonator is a very hard task to complete unless you spend some PokeCoins to win it.
Only did three Turtonator raids first field research cashed in I got the shiny.
This article is ridicolous because its not a timed quest. In fact i completed it today. Not mentioning the fact most players has spare passes and tons of coins, so buying 1-2 passes isnt an issue.
