Pokemon Go Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf Remote Raid Apology Issued

Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf ran away from Remote Raid participants. Trainers that used Remote Raid passes to battle the trio, instead of encountering a Pokemon, encountered an obstacle. A huge one.

As Niantic said, Trainers that used Remote Raid Passes, between June 1st, 2023 and June 5th, 2023, will be gifted an additional Remote Raid pass, and any Remote Raid Pass that was used, will be returned.

Niantic said the following:

“Trainers,

We apologize for the technical issue Remote Raid participants encountered during the latest appearances of Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf in five-star raids.

We will return any Remote Raid Passes that were used by Trainers who participated in Uxie, Mesprit, or Azelf raids between June 1, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. local time and June 5, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. PST. We will also gift those affected Trainers an additional Remote Raid Pass, regardless of how many Remote Raid Passes they currently have in their Item Bag.”

It is quite nice for Niantic to do this, given the situation between them and their players.

Last but not least, Niantic will be hosting a special global raid event for every Trainer, that will take place on Sunday, June 11, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. The main stars of the event will be Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf, which will be appearing in their correspondent regions.

We guess, that as a “thank you” for all Trainers, the limit for participating in Remote Raids per day will be increased to fifteen Remote Raids per day. This “bonus” will be active from June 10th, 2023, until June 11th, 2023.
