Leaked WRC 23 Achievements Suggest New Modes, Vehicle Building Feature, and More

WRC 23, developed by Codemasters, who recently acquired the WRC license, has made headlines due to a leak. The leak suggests a delay in the game’s launch, initially planned for July, with a revised release date later this year. This information comes from a well-known leaker, billbil-kun, via the French site Dealabs.

However, the most significant revelations lie within the details about the game, its modes, and even the vehicles it features. Thanks to the leaked achievements list, we now have a hint of the various features the new title might bring.

Game Modes

In addition to the already expected modes like Career, Championship, and Time Trial, the achievements also hint at a new mode called Moments. This feature is speculated to be akin to the challenge-based FUT Moments mode introduced in FIFA 23.

Vehicle Builder

One of the most interesting reveals from the leaked list is the mention of a Vehicle Building feature. While the specifics are unclear, it seems players will have the opportunity to create their vehicles in the game.

Featured Vehicles and Events

The list of achievements explicitly mentions four vehicles – the MINI Cooper S, the Lancia Stratos, the Citroën Xsara WRC, and the Subaru Impreza 1995. Additionally, seven rally events – Monte-Carlo Rally, Rally Italy Sardinia, Vodafone Rally Portugal, Rally Sweden, Iberian Rally, Rally Mexico, and Rally Estonia – are also featured in the achievements list.
