Pokemon Go Adventure Week Event Details Featuring Mega Tyranitar

Trainers, the day has come. The almighty beast has finally come in Pokemon Go, and we are thrilled to be witnesses in the divine event.
Starting July 27th, 2023, and ending August 2nd, 2023, Mega Tyranitar will be making its debut in Mega Raids as part of the Adventure Week event.
During the whole Adventure Week event in Pokemon Go, the Pokemon that we will be seeing more frequently are:
- Omanyte
- Kabuto
- Aerodactyl
- Lileep
- Anorith
- Cranidos
- Shieldon
- Tirtouga
- Archen
- Tyrunt
- Amaura
In 7km Eggs, the Pokemon that will be hatching are the following:
- Tirtouga
- Archen
- Tyrunt
- Amaura
*Tyrunt and Amaura hatched from Eggs will have a bigger chance of turning out to be a Shiny Pokemon, as opposed to finding them in the wild.
There will be event-exclusive Field Research tasks, where Trainers might encounter:
- Omastar
- Kabutops
- Cradily
- Armaldo
- Tyrunt
- Amaura
In Five Star Raids, we will see Regidrago as the Boss, while in Mega Raids, as mentioned above, we will have Mega Tyranitar.
As with every event, there will be a Paid Timed Research (available for $2), where Trainers will be rewarded two Incubators, one Super Incubator, and encounters with an Adventure Week theme. Keep in mind that this Timed Research has an expiration date (August 2nd, 2023). As for the free Timed Research, Trainers will have two paths to choose from: exploration-focused tasks or research-focused tasks. This Timed Research also has an expiration date.
That is not all though. There will be a Collection Challenge specially designed for Adventure Week, where Trainers will get Stardust and encounters with Tyrunt and Amaura as completion rewards.
Last but not least. We almost forgot the most important thing: event bonuses. The bonuses that will be active during the whole Adventure Week event are:
- 2x XP for spinning Pokemon
- 5x XP for spinning a PokeStop for the first time
- 1/2 Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed into Incubators during the event
What is your opinion on the event? Would you change something?
