Can Passimian be Shiny in Pokémon GO?

Trainers, get ready for an exciting twist in the world of Pokémon GO as the 2023 Pokémon World Championships event introduces not one, but two new Pokémon, Passimian and the stylish WCS T-Shirt Pikachu.
From August 11th to 15th, 2023, the Pokémon GO community will be immersed in the Pokémon World Championships 2023 event. This exclusive occasion grants Pokémon GO Trainers access to both Passimian and the WCS 2023 Pikachu. Passimian cannot be shiny, while WCS T-Shirt Pikachu can be shiny.
Now, let’s deep deeper into the world of Passimian.
Passimian can be viewed as a counterpart to Oranguru, sharing a common base stat total. Revered as the Teamwork Pokémon, Passimian demonstrates unparalleled collaborative skills. These primate creatures dutifully obey their leader’s instructions, working together harmoniously in their quest for beloved berries. Their bond is unwavering, and they staunchly stand by their comrades. In battles, they utilize hard berries as weapons, which are also staples of their diet.
Within the Passimian ranks, a fascinating hierarchy exists. The individual capable of hurling berries the farthest is crowned the troop’s leader, and their strategies are passed down through generations. Each hunting expedition is undertaken by a group of 10 chosen members, who fairly distribute their findings among the troop. These groups, composed of approximately 20 members each, distinguish themselves by attaching leaves to their shoulders using saliva, indicating their troop affiliation. It’s important to note that Passimian won’t respond obediently to a Trainer who lacks finesse in their Poke Ball throws.
The Pokemon Go 2023 Pokemon World Championships Celebration runs from Friday, August 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
