Shiny Pokémon are all over the game right now, and we are really happy about it. All the Shinies out there, we have to make sure to catch them all, right?
Now that we know there are many Shiny forms during Pokémon GO Fest 2023: Global event, there is something we should do to get those beasts in our PokéDex, right? Well, here we are, with a mini-guide of our own that we hope will help you immensely in your quest.
First off, your chances of encountering Shiny Pokémon are not that low, but not as high as you might think. Nonetheless, you have to be prepared for anything. During the current event in the game, the Shiny chances are definitely boosted, which makes the whole process of finding Shiny Pokémon way easier.
Using Incense makes things better, as many Shiny Pokémon are attracted to it. So it is a good idea to use one while you are walking. To have an even better chance, you can use Incense during one of the Habitats (or all of them), where you most certainly will encounter a Shiny Pokémon.
Another technique that we use a lot is catching every Pokémon we can see on the map. That way, you will put a checkmark on many tasks, as well as encounter a Shiny Pokémon, which is the ultimate goal.
