Some bugs that are happening in Pokémon GO aren’t fun, but let us tell you, some bugs can get fun, maybe at times even annoying.
A Pokémon GO player going by the name u/Cinder_Quill reported that they have gotten the same notification more than fifteen times, and the notification reads “Thought Pokémon GO Fest was over…”. Imagine getting this notification over and over again. We get it, Pokémon GO Fest 2023 is not over yet, right?
Among the bugs of bugs in the game, this bug (luckily) does not affect the gameplay in any way. You just get a pile of the same notification.
Several other players have also reported that this has been happening with different events, so they just turned off their notifications for the game. It looks like there isn’t any fix yet, but we hope that Niantic will see this and at least try to fix it. Like really try.
