It is a rarity to see a whole day being dedicated to one single Pokémon, but oh well, that too happened.
Starting on September 30th, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, Trainers will have increased chances of hatching Shiny Azurill, as well as an increased chance of Azurill hatching from 2km Eggs.
There will also be event-themed Field Research tasks from spinning Photo Discs at PokéStops that will be granting Stardust, Berries, PokéBalls and XP. Besides that, there will also be expiring event-exclusive Timed Research with rewards such as Super Incubator and XP.
The bonuses that will be active during the whole event are:
- Incrased chance of hatching Shiny Azurill
- 2x Candy from hatching Eggs
- 2x Stardust from hatching Eggs
- 2km Eggs dropping more frequently from PokéStops
