Comparing Pokémon GO maps, Japan’s abundance versus the rest

Japan has always been one of the most interesting places in the world to me. It offers so much more to the people there, unlike the rest of us.

A fellow Pokémon GO player shared an image with the public recently, showing what the virtual world in Japan looks like. Well, it is safe to say that it is nothing compared to our Pokémon GO world. From what we can see in the image, Trainers have multiple PokéStops, many Gyms, and more opportunities for Raids and whatnot.

The picture is a delight to look at.

As opposed to our maps. Personally, my map looks nothing like it. It is a silent “valley” of nothingness, resembling a void of emptiness. All I can see on my map is an occasional Pokémon appearance, and one or two PokéStops. Other Trainers can agree with me, I believe.

Here is a picture of what my map looks like:

You see? Except for the occasional Pokémon encounters and Team GO Rocket balloons, the rest of the world has nothing. This shows how Japan treats its players with care and love.
