Incense Day: Skorupi event infographic in Pokémon GO

The human being is a creature that loves visuals, and fun and colorful visuals always catch a human’s eye and interest.

Niantic has gotten the habit of creating infographics for upcoming events, and they are quite fun to look at, right? Well, now they have created an infographic for an upcoming event named Incense Day: Skorupi.

Scheduled for October 21, 2023, Trainers will have the chance to participate in an event that is dedicated to Skorupi and its Shiny form. This event will begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. local time.

The event bonuses that will be active throughout the whole event are:

  • Incense is more likely to attract Skorupi
  • Increased chance of encountering Shiny Skorupi
  • Daily Adventure Incense lasts twice as long when activated during the event

There will also be Incense Day-themed Field Research, where Trainers will be focused on catching Bug-type and Poison-type Pokémon. This Field Research will reward Trainers with additional encounters with Skorupi, Stardust, Ultra Balls and more.

The Bug-type Pokémon that will be more attracted to Incense from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. are the following:

  • Caterpie
  • Weedle
  • Pinsir
  • Yanma
  • Wurmple
  • Wimpod
  • Scyther
  • Dewpider

The Poison-type Pokémon that will be more attracted to Incense from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. are the following:

  • Ekans
  • Zubat
  • Gulpin
  • Stunky
  • Croagunk
  • Skrelp
  • Alolan Grimer
  • Trubbish

Last but not least, there will be an event-exclusive 1 PokéCoin bundle that will contain one Incense. It will be available for this event only, in the in-game shop.
