Trainers, guess what? The Detective Pikachu Returns event has hit Pokémon GO, and it’s not just a rehash of old content. Celebrating the release of Detective Pikachu on the Nintendo Switch, this event is packed with new features. Today, we’re zeroing in on the all-new Detective Pikachu, and let me tell you, this one’s different.

You see, Pokémon GO isn’t just slapping a detective hat on the old Pikachu and calling it new. Oh no, this new form is actually treated as such in the game, it’s not just a costume.
