The air was filled with mischief in 2021, and we all felt that. With mischievous Pokémon all around the game, we too wanted to get the taste of trouble, and that is exactly what we got through the Misunderstood Mischief special research quest.
Now, there are Trainers who completed the quests right away, but there are Trainers who still haven’t completed the special research (myself included). One unlucky Trainer, a fellow Redditor, has shared their problem with the Misunderstood Mischief special research quest.
To be exact, the Trainer has encountered a problem with part sixteen of the quest. As the Trainer reported, there isn’t any “Claim” button for the rewards, so the quest just sits there. They have contacted support a million times, but they haven’t been much help in solving the problem.
However, many, many hours later, Niantic Support finally helped our fellow Trainer and autocompleted the task for them.
Serving as a reminder, the Misunderstood Mischief special research quest was a quest that featured many Pokémon encounters, including the mischievous Pokémon named Hoopa (Confined). Among these encounters, there were amazing rewards as well, such as Candy, Stardust, evolution items and more. It was a great time in Pokémon GO back in 2021.

I was able to complete the Hoopa task back in 2021 without problems
I completed it in April of this year with no issues. Same with the 2019 Mimikyu Pikachu.
Lol. I am still stuck on the regi task and still they are not gettable. Only a few times.
