Ditto has always been a sore spot for Trainers, due to it being extremely hard to find in Pokémon GO. However, out of the blue (Shiny Ditto?), a wild Ditto can appear when you catch a Pokémon. That is if that Pokémon belongs in the Ditto list of disguises.

Known for its ability to completely transform into its opponent Pokémon, Ditto can copy everything, from looks to movesets.
