Pokémon GO’s new initiative, Introducing the Campfire Adventurers Club in Brazil

Pokémon GO is taking community engagement to a new level with the launch of the Campfire Adventurers Club in Brazil. This innovative pilot program, known locally as Clube de Aventureiros Campfire,” aims to foster local Pokémon GO communities by offering exciting rewards and challenges.

The initiative encourages trainers to form and grow their local groups, rewarding them based on community size and participation in time-sensitive challenges. This program is not just about playing Pokémon GO; it’s about building a community and enjoying the game together.

Tier-Based Rewards System

The Campfire Adventurers Club categorizes communities into four tiers, each offering unique benefits:

• Purple Club: For communities with up to 10 members. Benefits include a group on Campfire with Niantic Brazil, access to a monthly newsletter with local news and events, community map visibility, and digital goodies like frames and stickers.
• Blue Club: Communities with up to 100 members, and at least 50 members participating in Community Day events. This tier includes all Purple Club benefits, plus extra PokéStops and Gyms during Community Days, Pokémon GO item codes, and special t-shirts and credentials for leaders.
• Pink Club: For larger communities of up to 200 members, with 100 members active during Community Day events. This tier builds upon the previous ones, adding 10 Gyms for Legendary Raid Hours, and a quarterly Campfire Adventurers Club materials kit.
• Yellow Club: The highest tier for communities with 300+ members and 150+ members attending Community Day events. It encompasses all previous benefits plus exclusive monthly Community Day kits, premium quarterly kits, and temporary PokéStops and Gyms at community-organized events and tournaments.

Timed Challenges and Enhanced Rewards

What adds more excitement to this program are the timed challenges set by Niantic Brazil. These challenges offer communities opportunities to unlock additional rewards by participating in specific activities. It’s a fantastic way to engage more with the game and with each other, enhancing the overall Pokémon GO experience.
