Botany Manor details revealed, officially coming out next year

As a green thumb myself, my eyes twinkle at the thought of having a botanical game on my hands, and now, all of that will become a reality.

Botany Manor, a captivating game developed by Balloon Studios and published by Whitethorn Games, is all set to launch in spring 2024. Available on Xbox Series, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam, the game will also be accessible through Xbox Game Pass, promising a broad audience the chance to immerse themselves in the enchanting world of botanical wonders.

In Botany Manor, players step into the shoes of retired botanist Arabella Greene, the guardian of the enduring estate. Arabella’s journey unfolds as she delves into her extensive collection of rare, long-forgotten plants, each with its unique mystery waiting to be unraveled. The game invites players to explore the historically accurate 19th-century manor, where they’ll decipher clues hidden in Arabella’s notes, books, posters, and various items scattered throughout the residence.

Key features of the game include the exploration of the peaceful grounds and meticulously designed rooms, offering a glimpse into the challenges faced by a female scientist in the 19th century. Players will engage in plant-based puzzles, picking up, flipping, and rotating items to unlock the secrets behind each flora. The soothing soundtrack complements the environment, creating an immersive experience as players bring the flowers to full bloom.
