Pokémon GO Scan PokéStop Options Fails, Players Get “Scan Failed” Message

Well, well, well. If it isn’t for buggy Pokémon GO yet again.

Not that we like scanning PokéStops, but getting some Poffin for it is a good idea. That item also excites our Buddy Pokémon which gives out more hearts. Well, when you get more hearts with your Buddy Pokémon, you get all sorts of stuff, helping with PokéBalls, CP boosts and whatnot.

However, many Trainers reported that they have encountered a “small” problem while trying to scan a PokéStop to get a Poffin. Everything is great at first glance, but then, they get a “Scan Failed” pop-up. This all began happening after the latest update. Mainly iPhone users are reporting the problem, but so far nothing at Android’s court.

All players have tried everything, from restarting the game to reinstalling it, but nothing has worked. Some even say that their screen completely freezes.
