Trainers, the movesets for several Ultra Beasts, a Mythical Pokémon, Annihilape, and some Paldean Legendary Pokémon have been added in the game, hinting at their Pokémon GO debut soon.

The team at PokeMiners discovered a text in the GM file, pointing to the possible addition of twelve new Pokémon in the game. This includes four Ultra Beasts, the Mythical Pokémon Zeraora, Annihilape, and seven Paldean Legendary Pokémon.

Here’s a look at the new movesets added:

A leak last October suggested an Ultra Beast event in 2024, possibly featuring Stakataka and Blacephalon as early as January.

Mythical Pokémon, like Zeraora, usually appear through Special Research, (EX Raid Battles which is no longer an option), and Elite Raid Battles. Zeraora, an Electric-type from the Alola region, is now expected to show up in the Team GO Rocket Takeover event.

Annihilape’s debut has been confirmed for the upcoming Raging Battles event. Players can evolve Primeape into Annihilape by defeating 30 Ghost-type or Psychic-type Pokémon in battle with Primeape as their buddy.

As for the Paldean Legendary Pokémon, they’re typically caught through 5-Star Raids, Special Research tasks, Giovanni’s questline, and reward encounters. Some might be released during the Raging Battles event, and others could be part of the Pokémon GO Sinnoh Tour 2024.

What’s your prediction? Which Pokémon would you like to see next?
