Zarude returns to Pokemon Go for the Verdant Wonders event, here is how to get it

We all supposedly evolved from monkeys, and the best thing to do when trying to get back to our “original” roots is to see a monkey-like Pokemon. Especially us, Trainers, who love Pokemon Go so much.

The Rogue Monkey Pokemon is finally coming back to Pokemon Go, since going missing from that cheeky event with the slightly harder tasks. The Rogue Monkey Pokemon, known as Zarude, made its debut in Pokemon Go back in 2021 through a limited-time Special Research that celebrated the release of Pokemon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle. This time, Zarude returns to Pokemon Go through a paid exclusive Research Story as part of the Verdant Wonders event.

How to get Zarude, you may ask?

For starters, Zarude is making its way back to Pokemon Go, as mentioned, through a paid Research Story that is part of the Verdant Wonders Event. This event begins on March 21, 2024, and ends on March 25, 2024. If you are willing to pay $7.99, you will get an encounter with Zarude, among many other things. There will be rewards such as increased Incense encounters, but I am gladly sticking to Zarude, the obvious main Pokemon during the Verdant Wonders event.

To conclude, you can only get Zarude if you pay $7.99 for a ticket that will grant you access to the Research Story that leads to an encounter with the Rogue Monkey Pokemon.

Are you paying for the ticket? What do you think about the Verdant Wonders event? Tell us in the comments below.
