Atari to publish NeoSprint on consoles and PC June 27

A passion project turned into reality is what we all are looking for at the end of the day. It turns out, for Atari and Headless Chicken that dream came true.

As both of the companies announced, they will be releasing their arcade racing game named NeoSprint. The game will become available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC (via Steam) and Atari VCS for $24.99.

The official launch date of the game is set for June 27, 2024. We are all just weeks away from seeing how the passion project is looking like.

From what is said, NeoSprint will have an easy-to-pick-up, but hard to master gameplay, where players will have to learn how to drift and draft on the pre-made and player-created racetracks. Yes, you can design your own racetracks. There will be four biomes, named forest, desert, winter, and city.

Last but not least, there is going to be a solo Campaign Mode, where you can challenge eight AI rivals to try and get the title of best driver. Plus, you can go through multiple Cups, where each Cup is going to have its difficulty. As you are progressing, you will be getting decorations and car liveries.

How fun it would be to race all day long.
