The Rogue Prince of Persia Release Postponed Due to Hades 2

Imagine being a gaming company, and being in a situation where you have to postpone a game due to another game’s popularity? Raise a finger, Evil Empire.

The company behind The Rogue Prince of Persia, and Hades 2, has come forward to inform us that they will not be releasing The Rogue Prince of Persia as planned, i.e. on May 14, 2024. The reason behind this delay is apparently Hades 2, and the popularity it gained over the last week since it entered Early Access.

It is surprising to see that there isn’t any development issue related to The Rogue Prince of Persia, instead the company wants to give its fans some time to have fun with the new Hades 2. I think this is a great decision though, because nobody wants to get bamboozled with new games. Plus, the developers will have some extra time to get into every nook and cranny and make it perfect just in time for the release.

Evil Empire has said that The Rogue Price of Persia will still release later this month, and they will come back to us with a precise date on May 13, 2024.

Such a cute announcement. Don’t you agree?
