Pokémon GO Fest 2024 Madrid Football Experience, a chance to win personalised PokéStop

The surprises are never-ending when it comes to the second Pokémon GO Fest 2024 event in Pokémon GO, and believe us when we tell you that the newest surprise is amazing.

This past weekend we all were in the middle of the very first Pokémon GO Fest 2024 event in Sendai, where Trainers had the chance to delve right into the Pokémon GO world, accompanied by many interesting things. Well, as one is ending, the next is coming, and it is just around the corner.

In just two weeks, or June 14, 2024, to be more exact, the Pokémon GO Fest 2024 Madrid event will begin, and among all the features that we have already been informed of, there is also a new addition, which many Trainers who also happen to be football fans will very much enjoy.

As Niantic officially informed us all, there will be a Football Experience, an area that will feature a Pokémon GO-themed football skills zone. This is meant to celebrate football in Europe, and it will also keep us all entertained for quite a bit. Since it is going to be a competition, there must be a grand prize winner. Well, the reward will be one personalized PokéStop, which will be placed within the winning Trainer’s hometown in a location of their choice. Of course, this special PokéStop will be available for a limited time.

Besides that, a few football legends will be attending each day, and they are Gaizka Mendieta (June 14, 2024), Fernando Morientes (June 15, 2024), and Vicky Losada (June 16, 2024). The stars will host meet-and-greet sessions between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. each afternoon of the event.

Last but not least (we hope!) there will be special Routes across Madrid, which will be football-themed Routes.
