Summer Game Fest 2024 will be a Two-Hour Extravaganza of Gaming Awesomeness

All right, folks, buckle up because this June 7th at 2 PM PT/5 PM ET, we’re in for a wild ride with the Summer Game Fest 2024. Clear your schedules because this two-hour spectacle is set to feature some heavy hitters. We’re talking about Palworld, Monster Hunter Wilds, and a whole lot more.

Now, if you’ve been keeping up, you know that State of Play and the Silent Hill Transmission have already set the stage. But let’s dive into what’s coming up next. The Summer Game Fest kicks things off, followed by Day of the Devs and Devolver Direct.

2K Games has teased a reveal for one of their “biggest and most beloved franchises.” Rumor has it that it could be Mafia 4. Then we’ve got Pocketpair, the minds behind Palworld, ready to drop some “long-awaited features.” Whatever they have up their sleeves, it’s bound to be exciting.

We might get a glimpse of the first expansion, Night Springs, and if that’s not enough, Studio Zero is set to showcase Metaphor: ReFantazio. Oh, and let’s not forget Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO. This lineup is looking stacked.

Monster Hunter Wilds is also stepping into the spotlight with a brand-new trailer featuring a never-before-seen monster. As if that wasn’t enough to make you drool, there’s a buzz from leaker Midori that Sony Interactive Entertainment might be dropping some first-party bombs.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
