The OP 725 Shotgun Will Break Into CoD: Warzone Alongside 3 Other Weapons

Do you remember the once overpowered 725 shotgun in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare? Well, sit tight because it is planned to arrive at the new Battle Royale experience, Warzone. The 725 Shotgun was nerfed multiple times before it met the right balance threshold, and now that it comes to Warzone, it just scares everyone. What kind of impact would the 725 shotgun have in Warzone?

Alongside the 725 shotgun, there will be other weapons joining the arsenal too. The announcement arrived from an official Blog Post by Infinity Ward in which they confirm the arrival of 4 new weapons to the game.

The so-known two-shot 725 shotgun was once used as a sniper, with a strong impact at great distances that pretty much would secure a kill. However, to achieve that result, a couple of weapon modifications were necessary.

Below you can find the list of weapons joining Warzone with today’s scheduled update:

  • 725 Shotgun
  • EBR-14
  • MK2 Carbine
  • .50 GS

What are your expectations on this matter? Would you think having a 725 shotgun could make a difference in Warzone, or you believe that the EBR-14 would be more used than the shotty itself? Verdansk is about to become a more dangerous place, and we love it!
