Assassin’s Creed Odyssey to be set in Ancient Greece, Release Date Confirmed

As a followup to our previous rumor article that Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will be set in Ancient Greece, today’s Ubisoft press conference at E3 2018 has twisted the rumor into reality. The game will be set up in Ancient Greece, and for the first time in the series will allow players to choose a female character to play with.

The game and story you play will be entirely dependant on your actions, and the story will shape according to your choices. Last but not least, Ubisoft has released a gameplay trailer for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, and it looks quite amazing. Having the possibility to interact and deeply involve into dialogues, it undoubtedly unleashes the real meaning behind a high caliber RPG title.

Embark on your journey from humble beginnings to living legend as Alexios or Kassandra. Customize your gear, upgrade your abilities, and personalize your ship on your path to becoming a Spartan hero.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will release on October 5th this year. It’s close for that close of a span from its previous series. However, we’re ready to anticipate probably the most successful RPG video game published by Ubisoft.

Below you can find the World Premiere trailer of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
