Assassin’s Creed Origins Discovery Tour Update Set to Release in 2018, Here are the Details
Assassin’s Creed Origins will get an update which will be called Discovery Tour that will turn the game into an interactive museum.
Discovery Tour will take the assets and NPCs from the main game and form a series of interactive tours. One tour, will show a priest performing a part of the ancient Egyptian mummification ritual on a corpse, while everything will be explained by a voiceover.
The tours seem real, together with the game’s UI estimating that experiencing. If the player completes the tours, it will unlock a series of characters for use in Discovery Tour, which will allow the player to explore the mode as Bayek’s wife Aya, Cleopatra or Julius Caesar.
It is said by Ubisoft, that the idea for this mode was made out of an awareness that the educators were using Assassin’s Creed as a way to get their student’s attention about the cultures they were studying at that moment. Discovery Tour will strip out Origin’s story and combat fully.
