EA’s Customer Service Knows the Reason for the Recent SC: Battlefront II Order Cancellations

It is not a rumor on a paper and social networks only. Instead, we’re talking about something serious. The whole world sees towards Star Wars: Battlefront 2. Therefore, Electronic Arts should open their eyes and think wisely where are they heading to next. If they continue with the same level of ignorance they might find themselves pushed with no room behind.

Star Wars Battlefront 2

After all of the events yesterday, EA has finally managed to lower down the prices for their most expensive characters in the game. We know it is a Pay to Win game, and that’s how things work, but sometimes we’re overextending any cause. John Wasilczyk, executive producer at Dice, has noted that the prices regarding the new most favorite characters will be lower by 75%.

Some of the players might have already been thinking to give the Star Wars: Battlefront 2 a chance, yet EA claims another unacceptable statement.

They have added a new pack to the market so players that want a head start can buy that package as well. The salt never ends as players have also commented some of the critical changes that are about to come in the game that some of them are canceling the pre-order. Salt you say? Take a look at the picture below. It has been published on Reddit as well, containing no cancellation button after the big mess occurred. It cannot be saltier than this, and we genuinely think that EA is pushing things unnecessary.

The picture explains a missing refund button so players are not able to refund the game.

Now, it’s time for the fun party. There has been a thread on Reddi containing a picture of Star Wars: Battlefront 2 refund page where EA obviously know what’s the problem all about. This tells merely that Electronic Arts are more than ready to bring a decision, but it seems like there’s a more significant catch in this story. The picture of EA’s customer service knowing the refund reason has been published by a Redditor and it can be found here. Boy oh boy, it seems like EA love to keep on thinking that it’s all about the money and not the quality of service. Well, good luck with that one.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
