Fortnite Bottle Rockets weakens the building meta even more

We’re definitely getting to a point where everyone should hassle up and decline Epic Games’ path of weakening the building meta. The name of the game Fortnite is slowly changing, and we might get to a point where we won’t even need materials to defend ourselves from designated pushers.

The first look of the Bottle Rockets doesn’t impress anyone at all but leads to a count of complaints aligning the same path of problems. Defining a new meta is a bit desperate, especially in a game where knowing how to build is considered to be one of the strongest assets in the game.

Below we can see what the new item does, and judging by that it is more than clear it will mess a building without giving any sort of restriction to the attacking player. The player will continue moving, which gives him a whole lot of perspective advantage over the guy in the fort.

Summer 2018 was the turning point period towards worse for all the builders in the game. It was the point when Epic Games started tweaking all of the building materials. After that, the game received numerous of items threatening the building meta, for an end to receive an item of this caliber.

On the other side of the story, Epic Games keeps on vaulting good items. It wouldn’t surprise us all if the C4 gets unvaulted any time.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
