It’s gonna be PUBG vs Escape from Tarkov vs Hunt: Showdown

Let’s put Fortnite away out of this comparison. Fortnite is just another dimension. Aside from Fortnite, it appears that it will come to these three games. PUBG vs. Escape From Tarkov vs. Hunt: Showdown. While Escape from Tarkov is still in OB phase, and Hunt: Showdown was just presented to the majority of gamers, it will come down to these three biggies.

I’d love to call them biggies since the master plan behind all of these three games seems just unique. PUBG has its gameplay, Escape From Tarkov, and its serious approach just look… serious, and Hunt: Showdown combines elements of them both or whatsoever.

It may look like they’re not related to each other, but when you go deeper into which game is better, it is all about the competitivity. Not among the gameplay, it offers, but the development teams behind the game. Battlestate Games has the serious approach, while Bluehole has created the first and most anticipated Battle Royale, and Hunt: Showdown is just another mix of what they both own, and it’s yet just at the beginning of a new era.

The difference is that Hunt: Showdown had the chance to involve Monsters in the game, but when you reevaluate the book it appears that we’re talking about another BR game. Knowing that you still need to extract your s**t while avoiding enemy players, it is merely another BR game if you ask me. It appears that Brandan Greene has set a whole new gaming perspective that’s about to hit us in the long term.

Well, it feels like these types of games are challenging for the gaming population and they find them quite enjoyable to play. Therefore, I honestly expect these three games to become a story of their own, despite the fact that PUBG has already achieved its goals.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
