Pokemon Go Abra Community Day and Special Research Investigating Illusions

Previous Story: Trainers, the date and the special Pokemon for March’s Community Day has been revealed, all thanks to the world’s greatest miners and their awesome job.

According to PokeMiners’ ‘last digging’ through the Pokemon Go’s GM file and their discoveries, we now have the details about the upcoming March Community Day. They also discovered a ticketed, bonus Special Research for Abra Community Day event called “Investigating Illusions.”

March Community Day Start Date, Time and Featured Pokemon

  • Start date and time: March 15 (11 AM local time zone northern hemisphere), (3 PM southern hemisphere)
  • End date and time: March 15 (2 PM local time zone northern hemisphere), (6 PM southern hemisphere)
  • Featured Pokemon: Abra
  • 3x Catch XP
  • 3-hour lures
  • Community Day tasks: Catch {?} Abra, Evolve {?} Abra, Evolve {?} Kadabra

Special Research Investigating Illusions

As per text discovered in the GM file:

“A ticket to access the “Investigating Illusions” bonus Special Research for Abra Community Day on March 15, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, wherever you are. Details can be found in the in-game News.

YOU MUST PLAY DURING THE SPECIFIED TIME TO RECEIVE THE BONUS.”

The Community Day-exclusive Special Research is ‘a paid research.’ The paid research will cost you $1 and completing it will grant you 13,000 Stardust, a Poffin, a Rocket Radar and more.
