Pokemon Go December Community Day Guide 2019

Update: Pikachu will not be available from Eggs and Pichu will be hatching instead.

Update: ZoëTwoDots confirmed on her Twitter account that any Eevee evolved during December Community Day will learn the exclusive move Last Resort.

Previous Story: Trainers, the last Community Day event of 2019 is going live on December 14 (specific time) and on December 15 (specific time) featuring increased spawns of previous Community Day Pokemon, increased shiny rates, cool bonuses, and Exclusive moves featured during 2018 and 2019 Community Day events.

The December Community Day event is a two-day event and each day there will be an increased spawn rate of specific Pokemon in the wild, in Raids and from Eggs. to be more precise, 2018 Community Day Pokemon will spawn only in Eggs and Raids, while the 2019 Community Day Pokemon will spawn in the wild. However, certain 2019 Pokemon will be spawning each day in greater numbers during the 3-hour event times.

This is a great chance for those who missed any previous Community Day Special Pokemon, shiny forms or exclusive moves.

Saturday, December 14 Community Day 2019 Schedule

Pokemon appearing more frequently in the wild from 9 AM to 9 PM local time zone

  • Bagon, Chimchar, Mudkip, Ralts, Slakoth, Swinub, Torchic, Totodile, Trapinch, Treecko and Turtwig

Pokemon appearing in Raids from 9 AM to 9 PM local time zone

  • Beldum, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Dratini, Eevee, Larvitar, Mareep, Pikachu and Squirtle

Pokemon from Eggs from 9 AM to 9 PM local time zone

  • Bagon, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Dratini, Larvitar, Mareep, Pikachu, Pichu, Slakoth, Swinub, Torchic, Totodile and Treecko

Pokemon appearing even more frequently in the wild from 11 AM to 2 PM

  • Bagon, Slakoth, Swinub, Torchic, Totodile and Treecko

Bonuses from 11 AM to 2 PM

  • 2× Catch Stardust, 2× Catch XP, and 1/2 Egg Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed into Incubators during these hours (check out the halved Egg distance guide at the end of the article)
