Update July 5, 2019: Trainers, we’ve completed the second stage of the Global Challenge event and starting from Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at 1 p.m. until Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at 1 p.m. PDT players around the globe will earn:

• 3x Catch XP
• 3x Hatch XP
• 2x Raid XP
• 1-Hour Lucky Eggs
• Entei and its shiny form

Previous Story July 4, 2019: Trainers, the second GoFest event in Dortmund is now live and Pokemon Go announced the results for the first day of Candela’s Global Research Challenge. The numbers are showing that we’re going to complete this Global Challenge without any problems.

Pokemon Go announced the numbers of Candela’s Research tasks and it seems like an easy ‘job’ for everyone

The tasks and rewards for the second stage of the Global Challenge are as follows:

• Pokemon GO Fest Dortmund event attendees: Complete 1 million research tasks to unlock 3× Catch XP –  COMPLETED
• Team Instinct: Complete 15 million research tasks globally to unlock 1-hour Lucky Eggs –  9,120,000 so far
• Team Valor: Complete 15 million research tasks globally to unlock 3× Hatch XP –  12,500,000 so far
• Team Mystic: Complete 15 million research tasks globally to unlock 2× Raid XP –  COMPLETED

According to their report, Team Mystic is with the highest numbers of completed tasks during the first day, second place is Team Valor and Team Instinct are third, or should I say last on the list. GoFest attendees are standing on 470,000 completed tasks.

All successfully unlocked bonuses will run from Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at 1 p.m. until Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at 1 p.m. PDT.

Unlock all the above bonuses, and Entei will be available in raids Sunday, July 14, 2019 (time to be announced later). If you’re lucky, you might encounter Shiny Entei.

Dortmund GoFest is now live and will end on July 7 at 9:00 AM PDT, which means we have a lot of time to complete Candela’s Global Research tasks and unlock the cool bonuses and shiny Entei.
