Pokemon GO Holiday Season Starting on Christmas

New announcement from Niantic came today. It’s all about the holidays and end of the year events and news about Pokemon GO holiday season.

You think you’ve explored the world looking for Pokemon enough? Well, certainly the weeks ahead for this offer some nice events and presents.

For all of those who didn’t have a chance to hatch a Togepi, this event will be available soon. Starting from December 25, 2016, until the afternoon of January 3, 2017 (PST) every day you get an award of free spin in the PokeStop. The more you visit this PokeStops during this holiday season the greater the chances are to find eggs that hatch.

The Johto region in Pokemon GO offers these eggs from Togepi, Pichu and most of the newly found Pokemon. Don’t miss the chance to get the festive Pikachu Santa red hat during this celebration.

Also, from December 30, 2016, until January 8, 2017 (PST), expect to run into the first partner of Pokemon and their Evolutions. Of course, all of this is available in the Kanto region.

What this meens you ask? Well, the chances of catching Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Squirtle, Wartortle, and Blastoise are very big during this event!

Very important notice: The Lure Modules for those Pokemon will now last not 30 but 60 minutes!
