A new mini-event is now live, and from this moment until October 12 at 1:00 PM PDT female Pokemon like Nidoran, Nidorina and Nidoqueen have increased spawn rate. In addition, female Pikachu, Clefairy and Wobbuffet are also with increased spawn rate.
