Trainers, the world famous Pokemon Go dataminer Chrales has found new assets of Gen 4 Pokemon, including their shiny form, in the Game Master file, and it looks like we might get a new Gen 4 anytime soon.
The hidden genius behind every network hint found four new Gen 4 assets (see the list below) in Pokemon Go’s GM file and he was kind enough to share it on his official Twitter account.
- Bonsly – Rock Type Pokemon that requires 50 Candy to evolve into Sudowoodo
- Croagunk – Poison/Fighting Type Pokemon that requires 50 Candy to evolve into Toxicroak
- Tangrowth – Grass Type Pokemon that evolves from Tangela using 50 Candy
- Yanmega – Bug/Flying Type Pokemon that evolves from Yanma using 50 Candy
And here are their shiny forms.
This could mean two things, a new Gen 4 wave is on the way (as part of the upcoming Holiday event) and Move-Based evolutions are coming to Pokemon Go:
- Tangela requires Ancient Power to evolve into Tangrowth
- Yanma requires Ancient Power to evolve into Yanmega
